I’ve had Adidas shoes before and I had good experiences before with their quality. However, I’ve purchased these flip flops in the end of July, and by November, one broke (see picture). I contacted customer service in Nov, and was asked to submit pictures. After that, I did not hear back. I sent an email to follow up in Dec., no response. I sent another email in Jan., still no response. I called, and was told I would get a response. I received an email later, and you can read that below. I don’t agree with what they claimed, that the “reasonable product life” was only 4 months, or that it was normal wear and tear, or it was due to negligence/misuse. I called again and was told that all decisions were final. So Adidas feels that flip flops lasting only 4 months on occasional wear is not an issue. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 175 lbs. I don’t think I am putting excessive stress on these flip flops. I’ve certainly had flip flops that lasted more than 1-2 years. In my opinion, either the glue/epoxy was not strong enough or the design is flawed.
Time-Slippin’ –
It’s like stepping on clouds, they are light, comfortable, supportive for the foot’s arches. They are not binding between the toes, feels like the cushion is made of gel. They match all my adidas designed sport wear and gear.

It’s a pair of flip flops so I’m not running distance in them. 🙂 They look great and see as comfy as I’ve ever had. I recommend!
