Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Baby One Pieces (due to intimate nature of infant wear)
  • Hair Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Belts (if the original packaging has been opened)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval – Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Include the original packing slip or invoice.
  4. Ship Your Return – Mail your return to the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds typically appear within 24-48 hours
  • You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To process an exchange:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the preferred replacement item
  3. If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Note: Exchanges may take 2-3 weeks to process including shipping time for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect and we’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.
